danuza silva

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Danuza brings a deeply considered and architectural approach to interior design, blending artistic expression with rigorous functionality. Her work is grounded in storytelling, with each element thoughtfully composed to create spaces that feel both meaningful and enduring.

With a strong foundation in Interior Architecture, Danuza is known for her meticulous attention to detail and confident, forward-thinking design sensibility. Her expertise in joinery and design documentation enables the creation of highly bespoke solutions, elevating both the spatial experience and the quality of execution.

Graduating with honours in Architecture and Urban Planning in Brazil in 2005, Danuza refined her practice within a number of respected architectural studios before co-founding her own architecture firm in 2007. In 2013, she relocated to Australia, where her experience within the joinery and design industry further informed her material intelligence and construction-led approach.

A registered member of the Design Institute of Australia, Danuza’s work reflects a sustained commitment to excellence, precision, and thoughtful design.

hailey mcginty

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Hailey has been a respected presence in the interior design industry since 2014, bringing a depth of expertise with particular strength in construction and delivery. Her comprehensive understanding of the execution phase ensures each project is realised with precision, clarity, and exceptional quality.

Renowned for her clear and considered communication with trades and contractors, Hailey guides projects seamlessly from concept through to completion, maintaining design integrity at every stage. Her ability to translate vision into built form ensures that the final outcome aligns closely with both the original intent and the client’s expectations.

With a discerning eye for materiality and detail, Hailey excels in sourcing distinctive materials and pieces that enhance both function and atmosphere. Her refined sensibility and creative approach lend a quiet sophistication to each space, achieving a considered balance between beauty, practicality, and longevity.
